Katie Melua Brings Unique Tour To The UK This Week

Award winning songstress Katie Melua is in the midst of a UK wide Winter tour this week performing tracks from her new album ‘In Winter’ and her impressive back catalogue in a rather unique performance.

Melua will be joined on stage during the performance by the 23-piece Gori Women’s Choir. Masters of the ancient Georgian tradition of polyphonic singing, the Gori Women’s Choir are described by Melua as a ‘completely unique vocal orchestra’. Together they will perform new material from Melua’s forthcoming recording project as well as a selection of classic songs from her 6 album catalogue.
