Tu Fawning Announce European Tour & New Video

TU FAWNING’s released their latest album ‘A Monument’ earlier this year through City Slang. Led by Corrina Repp’s smoky, warm Beth-Gibbons-meets-Karen-Carpenter vocals and the powerful multi-instrumentation provided by her partner, Menomena’s Joe Haege, Liza Rietz and Toussaint Perraultare, the trail this Portland foursome are blazing is the one of a band that doesn’t fit any easy genre labels.

It’s a rocky & ambitious pathway only to be mastered by the unique, the adventurous and the skilled, with the jewel in their crown undoubtedly being their jaw-dropping live shows. So, with a full European tour on the way, we feel urged to remind everyone of ‘A Monument’s beauty which is, well, monumental.

‘Wager’ crystallized as one of the outstanding tracks of the album and finally it has found the right visual treatment, filmed and directed by Berlin native Anniki Heinemann who followed the band in Portland and Berlin over the course of 2 months.
