WATCH: Rae Morris – ‘Do You Even Know?’

Following her high profile support slot with Bombay Bicycle Club, Blackpool’s RAE MORRIS has released the video for her new single ‘Do You Even Know?’.

The song will be the lead track from her upcoming 4 track EP which is set for release on 6 May. The video for the track was directed by Nadia Marquard Otzen who had previously worked with Rae on the track ‘Silk’.

Speaking about the track, Rae Morris says:

[quote style=’1′ cite=”]I wrote ‘Do You Even Know?’ in my shed at home in Blackpool just before I went to America to record the album. The pressures of leaving home and starting the process of making the record were looming and I was, as always, full of questions and surrounded by the unknown.

I was wondering if the people around me ‘even know me at all?’ and this song was written as a kind of reassurance; as long as you know who you are yourself, that’s all that matters….[/quote]

Rae Morris is also set to embark on a series of headline shows in April and May, she is set to play:
