Introducing: George Ezra

Hailing from Bristol, acoustic-blues singer George Ezra looks set to have a bright 2014. Placed on the longlist of BBC’s Sound Of 2014 poll, the artist was later announced as the 5th placed artist.

The twenty year old has already had well received sets at Glastonbury Festival playing the BBC Introducing Stage last year – with the track ‘Do You Hear the Rain?’ one of the set highlights.

With musical influences include Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and Billy Bragg – the singer fuses classic American and English styles into a modern day format, with outstanding results.
